During my time as an in house designer at Theorie Toppers, I created a wide range of visual content to support the brand across educational and digital platforms.
My work included creating illustrations for courses, designing educational materials, developing social media content, and creating visuals for YouTube and other online channels.
Each design required a balance between creativity and clarity, ensuring that the visuals were engaging while effectively communicating information to the target audience
Reflection
Working as an in house designer gave me valuable experience in designing for a real audience and working with practical goals.
One of the most important things I learned was the value of contributing my own perspective within a team. Even as a younger designer, I learned that my ideas and design decisions could bring value to the creative process.
This experience taught me to trust my own design choices, communicate my ideas clearly, and understand that a strong design solution often comes from collaboration and different perspectives.
It strengthened my skills as a versatile designer and helped me understand the role design plays in making information more accessible.
